My obsession with Benin Bronzes continues. I found this on flickr today and the lady who took the picture said it was at the British museum?!?! So, HOW COME I did not have the opportunity to see these exhibit when I was at the British museum last year?! I was told the exhibit had been closed indefinitely when I was visiting in September 2007. I am still HURT because I want to see The British Museum's collection (waah == crying!!)

That's a nice shot, and I like the lighting. It really gives you the feeling you are there in the museum looking at this.
