GULFPORT -- Although Hurricane Gustav hit land in Louisiana as a Category 2, the storm's size and strength is causing major damage along the Mississippi Coast, primarily from flooding.Gustav is undoing repairs under way in harbors and waterfront areas Coastwide.Long Beach Alderman Allen D.
