Isn't she gorgeous? Isn't she a fantastic gymnast?

I was in high school when I found out about Dominique and I felt a special appreciation for her for she is from Silver Spring, MD which is literally down the street from where I live. Whenever I heard about her in the news or saw her picture I always smiled.

One day I will never forget how I saw her on a flight that we were on and she was hugging a stuffed animal that she had with her. I thought that was so innocent and precious. This was about 10 years ago but I felt like she definitely embraces the inner child that we all have in us.
