Though I try to be optimistic, I am very concerned with the USA's economy.

When I read stories like this it just makes me pray even harder:

And please young people take a CHILL pill. It is not worth stress when a website goes down. Okay!!

(moral of this story here - do NOT put everything on the net thinking you can retrieve it. Always BACK up to a hard drive or other media. This is why I BUY CDs because if I lost everything in iTunes I would probably have a massive heart attack and die because I have spent my money on CDs to make sure that if my computer was STOLEN or died that I had my tunes!)

At work when certain websites go down we have to almost stop operations. Sad but true. And to think the shift is toward more web based services.

[this is good]

Nothing would bring down the morale of my staff more than the Server crashing. Wow, how did we live without the Internet?
