Public Theater - The Good Negro
- May 16, 2008 at 12:23 PM
In a constantly shifting landscape, a trio of emerging black leaders try to conquer their individual demons, the local KKK fights for its old way of life, and everyday black men and women must overcome their fears, all under the ever-watchful eye of the FBI. One of the first recipients of the Sundance Institute and Time Warner Storytelling Fellowships for The Good Negro, Tracey Scott Wilson recently won the prestigious 2007 Weissberger Award for this play.
